• We deliver to all governorates across Egypt.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

• You may request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order.
• The product must be:

  • Unused
  • In its original packaging (if applicable)

❌ Non-returnable Items

• Custom-made or personalized products.
• Products damaged due to misuse.

💰 Refunds

• Refunds are processed within 7 to 14 business days using the original payment method.
• In case of manufacturing defects, Ornix Steel will cover all shipping costs.
